Today the St. Louis Post Dispatch reported that seven of the eight counts in the Coldwater Creek lawsuit have been dismissed by U.S. District Court judge Audrey Fleissig. According to the article, the claim “under a federal law involving injuries caused by exposure to nuclear materials was not dismissed”. Based on the complaint, I assume the reporter is referring to Claim 1: Claims Arising Under the Price-Anderson Act.
