Deanna,
Thanks for taking the time to read this blog, and for posting your comment. The best information I have about how to stay informed is under the “More Information” tab above. There have been no recent public developments in the lawsuits mentioned in this blog. I will update the blog as information becomes available. You can subscribe to the blog in order to receive e-mail updates of new posts. For more information about the attorneys in this particular case, or how to get started finding an attorney of your own, click on the tab called “The Attorneys” above.
All the best –
Amy
I lived in Florissant from 1958 thru 2006. I was diagnosed with non small cell cancer in 2001. My granddaughter who has lived in Florissant her entire life was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma at the age of 10 in 2009. How do I add our names to the class action suit?

It is so hard to hear about your cancer, and especially that of your granddaughter. Thank you for sharing your information here.
The best information I have about contacting the attorneys involved in this particular lawsuit is included under “The Attorneys” tab, above. There you can also find information about how to get started finding an attorney of your own if that is your preferred course of action.
It is my understanding that this lawsuit, and a separate second suit, have not been certified as “class actions” at this point. Rather, they are lawsuits filed on behalf of separate individual plaintiffs. It is possible that the individual lawsuits may be certified as a “class” at a later time, but there is no way to know if the lawyers in this particular case will pursue class certification or not, other than to speak directly with the attorneys in this case. Please know that joining this lawsuit is not your only course of action. Again, there is more information under “The Attorneys” tab.
Also, please check the “More Information” tab with information about how to contact Janelle Roden Wright in order to have your data included on a map tracking illnesses in the area.
Thank you again for sharing your information. I wish you, your granddaughter, and your entire family peace and good health.

FUSRAP plan for North St. Louis County Sites – Sept. 2, 2005
Document prepared by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District Office, Formerly Utilized Sites Remedial Action Program (FUSRAP) describing the remediation process for contaminated sites in North St. Louis County, including Coldwater Creek.
Thanks for posting this Amy. After opening the link, I’m even more grateful for your service of translating it all into Plain English.
Thanks for your kind words, Julie.
I’m so glad to hear that the web-site is serving its purpose of making the lawsuit understandable to everyone.
